OC Open Consulting SB srl is an Italian Corporation specialized in secure, scalable e-learning solutions built on open-source technologies.
As a certified ILIAS Service Provider, we offer comprehensive support for digital training ecosystems in defence, public administration, and corporate sectors.

Our expertise spans strategic consultancy, technical operations, cloud hosting management on AWS (EEA-compliant), and the creation of custom digital learning content.
We currently manage the BELADL platform for the Belgian Ministry of Defence, serving over 23,000 users with full adherence to GDPR and military-grade cybersecurity protocols.

OC Group is active member in EU-funded Consortium and active inR&I projects (e.g. Horizon Europe Cluster 4 Twin Transition – DIAMETER) and seeks partnerships in defence innovation, digital training transformation, and sovereign open-source infrastructure for critical sectors.
