Gabriela Sterian, Ph.D.

Ph.D. in Economics and International Relations, was a lecturer and researcher at the Romanian-American University as well as a project manager and business consultant focused on the engineering and construction sector. She has been serving as CEO of Menconsult LLC since 2013, a management consultancy and audit company in the engineering and construction sector and has also worked with Vocational House of Engineers in various roles (process improvement and planning expert, trainer and manager). She works in research projects amongst others for the National Institute of Economic Research in Romania. She has an extensive experience in internationally funded projects, mainly as senior expert or project/financial manager, from Erasmus+ projects to EEA Grants or European Social Funds projects. She is currently a Regional Secretary at FGS FAMILIA.
