My organisation

The Chamber of Economy of Montenegro is business association with rich tradition, independent, professional, creative, inventive and above all authoritative, represents interests of all businessmen for the economic and overall development of the state of Montenegro. It is structured after the European tradition of chamber organization, with compulsory membership and the scope of activities determined by law (Law on the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro). The Chamber of Economy of Montenegro, for the economic development which is the common mission of all its members, directs and conducts its activities by: representing the general interests of the economy and all economic entities, enabling companies to participate in managing the economy and thus preserve their freedom, encouraging production in the economy, presenting business opportunities in foreign countries and fostering business ethics and practices.

About me

Ana Filipović is a senior advisor in Project Management Department at the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro. She is a member of Enterprise Europe Network since 2018. She has Bachelor of Science in Human Resource degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology Croatia (2011). Her professional experience is in project management, internationalization and digital transformation of the economy. She is a multilingual professional, skilled in surveying and data analysis, project management and business development. Throughout the years she has organized and co-organized several internationalization and innovation events like b2b meetings, workshops, conferences. This led to increased internationalization of SMEs from Montenegro with businesses throughout Western Balkan Region.

She is also a Secretary of Coordination Board for Women Entrepreneurship which supports the meaning and contribution of the women entrepreneurship to the economy. The Board discusses the current issues in the field of business, such as the financing of women entrepreneurship, open calls for the EU projects, the participation in fairs, promotion and trainings. She was one of the judges in public call for awarding grants to women led enterprises funded by the capital city of Montenegro.

Combining a continued “no wrong door” approaches, she supports, skills development and capacity building for SMEs as well as providing continued support to increase SME sustainable growth, digitalization and resilience in the areas of participation of Single Market, internationalization and innovation.
