Each of our ferments are carefully aged for several months in barrels, resulting in an extraordinary flavour profile and an unparalleled abundance of beneficial bacteria and live enzymes. We use only the purest natural ingredients, ensuring our products remain 100% raw and unpasteurised for optimal health benefits. Our current range consists of sauerkrauts, Kimchi, Beetroot, Beet Kvass and a selection of Sauerkraut Juices. Our products have a minimum of 18 months shelf life and may be stored either ambient or chilled.
