About

These two spirits, produced in an artful/traditional way, from apples from a high-stem orchard (giving very low yields, which means very high quality), have not undergone any treatment whatsoever.

CALVADOS : the orchard is in la Ferté Macé (about an hour away from us), in the appellation AOC Calvados Domfrontais. This appellation is slightly different than the more famous one "Calvados" because there is 30% of pear cider added to the 70% of apple cider in the blend which makes it fruitier and rounder.

POMMEAU : this spirit is a Norman speciality that can be drunk as an aperitif or after dinner.

Pommeau is perfectly balanced, sweet without being heavy thanks to a very light biterness at the finish. A pure guilty pleasure !
