About me
Wildberry Bakery is a family-run business in operation since 2017. We exclusively produce gluten-free products for both the retail and food service markets. Our company’s ethos is to create great flavours and textures which can be enjoyed by all, gluten-free or not. We combine quality ingredients with time-honoured baking methods to produce truly delicious products. Our ingredients include Irish creamery butter, Irish free-range eggs, and Belgian chocolate. We never use additives or preservatives in any of our products.
We take the utmost care to ensure that our products do not taste gluten-free, thus enabling our customer base to use our products to service both their gluten-free and ordinary customer base. This reduces our customer’s need for space and reliance on multiple suppliers.
We manufacture a range of certified gluten-free cake slices including frangipanes, bakewells, brownies, carmelitas, scones and loaf cakes. We will soon be launching a new range of individually wrapped gluten-free cake bars to market. We also produce gluten-free products under own brand labels.
We have won numerous awards for our products, including IQFA Product of the Year 2023, Blas na hEireann 2022 Gold, IQFA Free-From Gluten Gold 2022, Great Taste 2 stars 2021 and IQFA Small Producer of the Year 2018.
