About me
Before founding Beara Bitters, Mary worked in plant breeding with Teagasc, in Brown Crab and Lobster monitoring with The Marine Institute, and in Planning administration with Kerry County Council.
My organisation
Beara Bitters makes cocktail bitters, mainly for the Irish market. We outsource production to help us have greater flexibility in the volume produced. Our current distributors are Musgraves Extended Range and The Celtic Whiskey Shop. We are looking for more options in national distribution and export to France and Spain.
