McEntee's Tea

McEntee’s Fine Teas is a family business run by myself and my husband Donal in rural Co. Louth. We are both passionate about our tea and craved the perfect strong soothing cuppa that we remembered from our childhood.

We feel it’s important to bring back better grades of tea and this can be tasted in the quality of our loose tea’s, our customer reviews speak for themselves! 

We wanted to offer this improved tea experience alongside the filters and teapots to facilitate the move from teabags to our loose tea, offering a more sustainable solution to discerning tea drinkers.

Our passion is driven by two other beliefs, firstly loose tea is better for the environment and secondly it’s better for you. We focus on tea blends which are unmistakably Irish, rich in tradition and flavour, consistent with our commitment to bring us back to a better tasting, quality cup of tea.

McEntee's Tea Blends won Gold, Silver & Bronze at the Blas n'Eireann Food Awards and haas since a further Gold Award in 2020. They have also been awarded 3 Great Taste Gold Star Awards.
