Panificio e Biscottificio De Fenza was born as a small laboratory created in Naples in 1979. From a simple bakery, quickly transformed into a point of reference for small and large distributors. From mixing to packaging, we personally follow the entire production process. We produce artisanal product made with quality raw materials, according to ancient craftsmanship techniques.
Our range of products includes Freselle, Bruschette, Tegamini from the crispy bread line, Saltimbocca, Pane pizza e Crostoni from the soft bread line, Taralli napoletani, Tarallini e Treccine from the snack line, Baci napoli, Mini hot-dog e Pizzette from the typical line.
