FOODRUS: Reducing food waste
Steps to participate in the event and B2B meetings:
1.Register for the event: https://www.b2match.com/e/foodrus-spanish-replication-and-opendoors/sign-up
If you choose to participate online, we will send you the connection link two days before the event. Please check your spam folder in case you do not receive it, and if not please contact the organisers.
2.Complete your profile to showcase who you are and for what are you looking for.
Create a clear and concise profile to raise your visibility. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer. Don’t forget to add a pitch, a photograph, your organization, and your social media. You can follow the steps below:

Log in the platform with your credentials

Click on your initials or photo on the top right side of the screen and go to "Drashboard"

Go to your profile in the left side of the screen and complete it using the editing tool
**3.**If you have not done it in the registration, select the sessions you wish to attend, especially in the case of on-site participants. You can follow the steps below:

Log in the platform with your credentials

Select "My agenda" from the top menu

Add sessions to your agenda by clicking on "Add"
4.Check the list of attendees and speakers and request a face-to-face or online meeting with those registered participants or speakers who are of your interest. These meetings will be 20 minutes in the afternoon session on 1 February. Please follow the steps below:
Check your availability.

Log in the platform with your credentials

Click on your photo on the top right side of the screen and go to “Dashboard”.

In the “Book meetings” section from the dashboard, click on “My availability” and check the boxes next to the dates you’re available for meetings (blue colour).
Request a meeting with a speaker.

Log in the platform with your credentials.

Go to “Speakers” in the top menu. There you will see name and information from all speakers.

Choose the speaker of your interest, enter the profile, and click “+ Request meeting”.

Set a meeting date and time and send a request.

Once the meeting is confirmed, you will receive an email.
Request a meeting with a participant.

Log in the platform with your credentials.

Go to “Participants” in the top menu. There you will see name and information from all the registered participants.

Choose the participant of your interest and click the “+” icon.

Set a meeting date and time and send a request.

Once the meeting is confirmed, you will receive an email.
Please contact the organising team if you need guidance on the profile of the attendees and they will provide you with bilateral meetings that may be of your interest.
5.Publish the preferences of your collaboration:

areas of cooperation of your interest
-
solutions you are looking for to reduce food losses and waste in your activity
-
unresolved needs that you would like to share and find solutions
-
innovative solutions that you offer and can solve needs of other organisations
It is also possible to register the search for collaboration with other projects or other requests that cannot be classified under the above preferences.
