c-BEMS

c-BEMS is a Gen AI/ML cloud-based unique self-learning/adjusting Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tool for Building energy management system (BEMS) that supports multi-zonal control of HVAC/lighting systems for energy and environmental savings of average 60% and 56% respectively in a variety of public and private buildings. Now with our system it is not necessary any more to have significant expenses based on the installation of the different devices necessary to create the local network since only internet is necessary to create the wireless network thus reducing also in this way 25% the expenses. At the same time our company employs a certified IoT platform as the one of Niagara 4.1, provided by Honeywell Inc. (USA) or via Tridium Inc. in Europe that secures the operation and homogeneous adaption of different devices (i.e., temperature sensors, etc.) and protocols in our own embedded IoT unified platform while being able to implement our algorithms/software on the top of this platform and provide these high energy savings on HVAC and lighting while checking remotely on real-time the operation of multiple buildings all over the world. Even more very important added features in the form of a) 1-day ahead energy demand response (forecasting) tool with an 85% accuracy and b) a real-time CO2 emissions calculator have been created providing to the building owners/managers/companies extra tools towards further energy reduction and their ESG/UN objectives adaptation and their path regarding not only energy and economic change but even more the climate change.
