Carbon Data Platform
About
The GCL Carbon Data Platform integrates blockchain technology to track the carbon footprint across the entire photovoltaic chain, using advanced granular silicon technology to deliver the industry’s lowest-carbon product.
The GCL Carbon Data Platform is a pioneering step in establishing a global carbon chain management system for the solar industry. Backed by TUV Rheinland, ISO standards, and the Ecoinvent database, the platform leverages blockchain technology developed by Ant Group to verify and report carbon data across the supply chain. Each SiRo module features a QR code that allows users to access detailed information on carbon footprint, production facilities, raw material sources, and ESG data. This innovation ensures traceability, authenticity, and tamper resistance, supporting product transparency and corporate carbon management.
