I am Claire-Marie GAUTHERON, economy teacher in France in Marseille. My students are preparing a 2 years training in operational and commercial management (named BTS MCO). This is a training period of 2 years after their high school diploma, the students train in stores, in addition to classes at schools. Their tasks are :

● Developing client relations, client advising.

● Life inside a commercial unit.

During this training period, students work to acquire managing or organizing skills, to use it in a commercial unit. If they desire, students can do internships abroad. They will have an extra credit while training abroad for a short period of time from 21 may until 21 July 2025 (2 months). And they will acquire a special experience. The students will acquire extra skills, which will be a plus for their future diplomas and when applying for a job. It will show their future employers their capacity of adaptation, taking initiative, working in teams and discovering a new way to work in a unit.
