In accordance with the PhD education in mechanics, engineering and mechanical engineering and the acquired knowledge of dynamics, strength and fatigue calculations using special software and finite element modeling, my long-term experience is related to the RnD development of a wide variety of new products or the improvement of existing products and the corresponding adaptation for further production, with the creation of all kinds of prototypes up to TRL5-6 and further debugging, with production adaptation to new products, with production management and efficiency improvement, with the introduction of new technologies, with commercialization and innovations, etc.
Also, I have an experience in creating, developing and managing start-up companies. As well as significant experience in science and research. In several companies, experience was gained in the creation, launch and development of new production, including project funds.
In addition, I have been actively engaged in the development, management and defense of scientific and research projects; in the management of scientific research projects in cooperation with scientific institutions; in the attraction and development of co-financed projects. Observing all the above, I participated in many technical and scientific exhibitions as a scientist and as a representative of an industrial company.
