Miniature Coaxial Cables - Designed for challenging applications

Miniaturisation and quality of signal transmission are key issues for manufacturers of electronic devices including measurement equipment and medical devices. In order to meet these challenges, Axon’ Cable manufactures a full range of flexible and miniature coaxial cables called Picocoax®. Picocoax® miniature coaxial cables offer an excellent compromise between a small diameter (e.g 0.20 mm) and a capacitance of 50 to 100 pF/m. 

Miniature coaxial cables are made with Silver Plated Copper Alloy conductor and dielectric materials including FEP or Celloflon® porous PTFE for improved electrical characteristics. Bundles of 18 to 256 Picocoax® miniature coaxial cables can be assembled to obtain composite cables called Multipicocoax® cables and cable assemblies.
