We are FISABIO, the Foundation for the Promotion of Health and Biomedical Research of the Valencian Community. Our goal is to promote research in health and biomedicine to improve the quality of life of the population. FISABIO integrates and manages the R&D&I carried out in Fisabio-Public Health and in 19 (of the 24) Health Departments of the Valencian Community, with their corresponding reference hospitals, primary care centers and public health centers, as well as the Transfusion Center of the Valencian Community and five Hospitals for the Care of Chronic and Long-Stay Patients (HACLE). It also coordinates the Valencian Biobanks Network. In the Scientific Unit of Business Innovation our mission is to promote the competitiveness of the Valencian Community through public-private collaboration. Our goal is to foster collaboration with companies and promote their developments in the health sector.
