Global Disability Summit 2025
2 April 2025 - 3 April 2025|
Berlin, Germany
Welcome to GDS 2025 in Berlin!
We’re excited to bring together world leaders, policymakers, innovators, and disability rights advocates for two days of inspiring keynote talks, high-level panel discussions, and networking opportunities.
On 2 and 3 April 2025, the International Disability Alliance (IDA), the Government of Germany, and the Government of Jordan will co-host the third Global Disability Summit (GDS25) in Berlin.
This year’s GDS25 will focus on accelerating disability inclusion and strengthening international cooperation to ensure that 1.3 billion persons with disabilities worldwide are not left behind.
With only five years left to achieve the Agenda 2030 goals, GDS25 aims drive forward actions that promote inclusive development under the guiding principles of “leaving no one behind” and “nothing about us without us.” A special focus will be placed on data and evidence to improve disability-inclusive policymaking.
Whether you’re looking to drive policy change, forge new partnerships, or amplify the voices of persons with disabilities, GDS25 is the place to be.
Join us in Berlin as we shape the future of inclusive development, bridge the gap between commitment and action, and advance the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD).
