About

The objective of this project is to unblock the bottleneck that limits battery recharging time and thus enable a rapid transition from combustion transport to sustainable mobility. To achieve this goal, Blowind proposes to bring the power of transport chargers up to 3 MW.

This recharging power would make it possible to reduce the batteries needed and bring the recharge to a time of 15 minutes; this leads us to propose sustainable routes without limitation of kilometers with the following scheme:

1. 86 % battery recharge (+ 731 kWh).

2. 4-hour route (+360 km - 648 kWh)

3. Obligatory driver's rest: battery recharge (15 min + 648 kWh)

4. 4-hour route (+360 km - 648 kWh)

5. Mandatory driver's rest: battery recharge (15 min + 648 kWh) - driver change

6. 4-hour route (+360 km - 648 kWh)

7. Return to point 3.

This approach allows, on the one hand, to reduce the weight (and cost) of the batteries and, on the other hand, to be able to plan all transport routes in a sustainable way without limitation.
