Established as a guided project supported by the Mevlana Development Agency and led by the Konya Chamber of Industry, the "Konya Regional Innovation Center" was transformed into the Konya Technology Development Zone in 2015 with a focus on efficiency in services and sustainability.

The Konya Technology Development Zone was established under Law No. 4691 with a decision published in the Official Gazette on June 24, 2015. The management of the zone is carried out by InnoPark Konya Technology Development Zone Management Inc.

InnoPark (Konya Technology Development Zone) is the 60th Technology Development Zone in Turkey. The management of the Konya TGB is undertaken by InnoPark Konya Technology Development Zone Management Inc. The registered trademark of the Konya TGB is "InnoPark." The partners of InnoPark Inc. include the Konya Chamber of Industry, Konya Organized Industrial Zone, Konya Metropolitan Municipality, Selçuk University, Necmettin Erbakan University, Aksaray University, KTO Karatay University, Konya Food and Agriculture University, TOBB University of Economics and Technology, Konya Technical University, Konya Commodity Exchange, Konya Chamber of Commerce, and 15 industrial organizations operating in Konya.

InnoPark stands out with its unique structure as a technopark focused on technological production, located within the organized industrial zone and partnered with seven universities, where the private sector plays a significant role in management.
