For more than 23 years, I have passionately ensured the organizational management of ADV Romania Group, a promoter of social economy in Romania, Moldova, and Ukraine.

I am a social entrepreneur who coordinates the work of four social enterprises: UtilDeco, WISE.travel, JobDirect and AFIN from ADV Group.

I am also co-founder of AFIN IFN S.A., which is dedicated to financing social enterprises in Romania, and the Social Finance Association, a support, training, and development organization for social enterprises.

We are founders of the cluster "Social Enterprise Accelerator" for which I provide the management.

Because I love to invest around me and to share practical experience in a system experience, I contributed to several strategic documents/programs in the field of social economy / social entrepreneurship:

ROMANIA

• Promote the Law on Social Economy and the development of a favourable framework for the sector.
• Contributor to the design of European programmes & strategies in the field of employment, combating poverty and disabilities.
• Grant Administrator- 42 social enterprises established in Romania (financing of 4,2 million euros).
• Author/contributor to over 25 research documents in the field of social economy.
• Trainer and consultant - social economy & European projects.
• Founding member of different platforms: FONSS, RISE, FOND.
• Member of the Europe Club, ENSIE, Social Economy Europe, DIESES, CCIFER and of EASPD Europe.

R. MOLDOVA (independent expert for GIZ, ODIMM, The Ministry of Economy & Academy of Public Administration).

• Elaboration of the functioning regulations of the National Commission for Social Entrepreneurship.
• Elaboration of the National Programme for Developing Social Entrepreneurship 2021-2025.
• Elaboration for ODIMM of the National Programme for Financing Social Entrepreneurship procedures, 2021-2025.
• Establishment of 3 Social Innovation Labs in Chisinau, Cahul, Cantemir.
• Establish a cross-border resource centre in the field of social economy within the Academy of Public Administration.
