Smart Sensor Jacket for HRC or Exoskeletons

PUMACY is a technology provider (SME) specialized in sensor data analytics for industrial applications. Particular focus is on processing of sensor data emerging from motion tracking systems. Within a national research project we developed an Autonomous Assistance System for Supporting Assembly Tasks in Human-Robot Collaboration (HRC). We also have implemented a scenario, where you can combine the Smart sensor system with an exoskeleton. Our solution is based on a patent with respect to sensor fusion, activity mining and machine learning. Our objective is adapting it to other Industry 4.0 and/or defense use cases. There are some technical challenges e.g. communication outside the shopfloor and further miniaturisation. We are prepared to integrate our sub-consortium into bigger proposals.
