About

Ana Lima is Technical Director and EPMQ Lab (IT Engineering Process, Data, Maturity and Quality) development coordinator at CCG/ZGDV, with responsibilities, namely: R&D technical project management, team orientation and management, and portfolio management of R&D projects. Moreover, She develop negotiation and acquisition functions of R&D projects. She is graduated as a Computer Graphics Engineer, obtained a MSc degree in Engineering and Management of Information Systems and a PhD degree in Information Systems and Technology. She is the author and co-author of scientific publications in the area of Project Management, Software Process Improvement and Software Engineering. She participated in several European and national projects as researcher and project management (more 60 projects). She is also expert and auditor of R&D projects, and, integrated in the research group SEMAG (http://semag.algoritmi.uminho.pt/)) of the ALGORITMI Center of University of Minho

The CCG/ZGDV Institute is a private non-profit entity that began its activity in 1993 and is currently based in Guimarães, at the Azurém Campus (University of Minho).

It is formally recognized by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers as an R&I (Research and Innovation) institution of Public Utility, by the Ministry of Economy as a Center for Technology and Innovation, and by the Foundation for Science and Technology as part of the ALGORITMI Research Center (first Research Center formally recognized in Portugal in the field of Information and Communication Technologies)

With a multidisciplinary, dynamic team with scientific-technological skills, the CCG/ZGDV Institute integrates four R&I Departments and a range of services to society and the business sector.
