My organisation
SEOGA is the main actor into the Spanish market, related to manage efficiently and with transparency the relation between HealthCare providers, and Health Insurance companies, as payers, covering the entire Revenue Cycle Management, what implies to reduce administrative costs and tasks, to have more information to take better decissions.
We are working to develop SEOGA in Portugal, totally adapted to the Portuguese needs, and we are looking for private hospitals, to design and co-create the solution based in covering their needs.
About me
Focused on the health sector, helping to make it more efficient, and better managed administratively, Alberto is a professional with more than 20 years of experience, where the last 14 have been related to business development, internationalization, innovation and new markets opening process. Having been an expatriate, developing high-performance cross-cultural teams, always with a focus on results and profitability.
Among my skills I want to highlight a clear customer orientation and goal achieving, strategic thinking, business vision, negotiation and communication skills, strategic planning and ability to develop and manage opportunities, people and teams.
