This service applies to organizations whose research leverages NGS and/or MS based genomic, transcriptomic, epigenomic, proteomic or metabolomic measurements.

We assign you a senior bioinformatician whose expertise matches your research needs, and allocate them at, e.g., a 25% or 50% full-time equivalent to work on your projects.

The service may include

• Planning and executing data analysis (e.g., RNA-sequencing based mechanism of action analyses)

• Presenting, discussing and interpreting the results in regular meetings

• Support in writing manuscripts and grant applications

• Training your staff on practical data analysis tasks
