RISE is Sweden’s research institute and innovation partner and covers a multitude of research areas.

Several departments offer services or collaborations within the Life Science field. We have the infrastructure and experience (e.g. IMI-ENABLE; antibiotics) to perform pharmaceutical R&D in large consortiums. We can contribute to projects aiming at e.g. re-purposing, pre-clinical development, advanced formulation work, toxicity testing or GMP synthesis.

Expertise: pharma R&D (process development, scale-up, synthesis, formulation, analysis) and safety assessment (target validation, exploratory and GLP safety studies, GLP bioanalysis).

Through RISE as an innovation partner, further competence in areas like digital systems, medtech or materials are easily accessible.
