ALKOflex™ tab

ALKOflex™ tab is a new hermetic sealing liner developed by Meyer Seals® that offers the maximum in user-friendliness. It is equipped with a large grab tab that can be customised in terms of its size, colour, and shape, making it safe, simple, and convenient to use. 

What makes ALKOflex™ tab different from other induction liners is the large tab as it does not contain any aluminium. During the induction process, the high-frequency current is not deflected from the remaining circular aluminium structure of the sealing insert. Therefore, prevents the creation of "hot" and "cold" spots during the sealing process that can lead to negating the hermetic seal and allowing leakers.

Due to no aluminium in the tab, no heat is generated in the tab, so it cannot be secondarily adhered to the closures when it is opened and the large tab can be easily grasped directly.
