We provide a structured overview of the main priority areas and existing capability gaps from which we specify the technical requirements for the innovative solution to be procured. - Ecosystem Analysis & Market Research: We offer to take over the mapping and analysis of the targeted ecosystem and market to enable your project to address the existing gaps, challenges and innovation needs of your target group. We provide structured analysis and mapping of innovative technologies, services and systems as well as R&D initiatives and solution providers within the targeted market, supported by the implementation of open-market consultations. - Tender Preparation & Validation: We offer to support your project and public buyers in the definition of award criteria and tender preparation for the subsequent procurement process or prototype development. We organise interactive workshops to aid in the definition of joint-procurement processes and respective definition of shared award criteria based on the end-user and public buyer requirements identified and consequent preparation of the legal tender document. - Community Building & Call for Tender: We offer to support the call for tenders and exploitation activities by engaging and connecting your project with solution suppliers, related end-users and public buyers, which we mobilise to ensure a successful call for tenders, based on response monitoring and responsive communication activities. Our existing networks can be used to establish synergies and ensure the long-term success and wider impact of your PCP or PPI project.
