Social Media Analysis

We are interested in participating in a proposal or a project for " HORIZON-CL3-2024-FCT-01-05: Combating hate speech online and offline" topic. We can make contribution in implementation of project activities for the consortium such as: Social Media Analysis, Sentiment Analysis, Search Engine Infrastructure, Social Network Analysis, Named Entity Recognition and Natural Language Processing. Our research area is Big Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Social Media Analysis, Text Mining, Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning.   We are open to discuss who is interested in Combating hate speech online and offline topic.

Sosyal Göz (Social Eye) : Social Media Analysis Software (National Project, TEYDEB - 3130202): Sosyal Göz is a cloud-based social media analysis platform that simultaneously scans different sources that provide information on the internet such as social media, news, blogs, forums and search engines, collects content based on selected keywords, performs detailed analysis on this collected content using smart algorithms and presents them to its users in an easy-to-understand format.  Sakuwassa: Detecting and Monitoring Terror-related Activities on the Web (Eurostars Project, 9100014): Rapid developments in computer and communication technologies, while making people's lives easier, also provide important opportunities for criminal organizations whose aim is to harm people. In parallel with this, the need for tools to detect and monitor criminal activities is becoming increasingly apparent. In this context, the Sakuwasa project aims to design and develop a new system for the detection and monitoring of terrorism-related activities on the web and proposes novel methods for this purpose. The main goal of the project is to develop an intelligent system that will continuously monitor the Internet, detect terrorism-related content and alert relevant users.
