About

  1. Research of Safety Science center most effective management legal basis and financing model within S4P framework

  2. Research on the adoption of the circular economy and sustainability principles in the Safety Science center operating model for interdisciplinary cooperation between civil defense – security-science and private sector, inc. resource sharing

  3. Creation of the communication and dissemination platform of Safety Science center supporting an increased dialogue and cooperation between scientific, technological, practitioners, policy-makers, first and second responders, private sector, NGOs, citizens and community-based organisations for sharing and building-up the knowledge of risks for a comprehensive awareness (and preparedness) of the risks and resilience

  4. Development of guidelines for training program development, incl. elements of psycho-emotional readiness training for work in emergency conditions; roles exchange for better understanding of other side’s tactics and psycho-emotional readiness improvement, etc.

The activities include development of simulation training package for first and second responders. Development of such study program and integration of theory and practice of preparedness in university curricula will ensure practitioners preparedness in the event of a disaster or crisis-related emergency, and also will demonstrate the most effective way of recourse planning – resource sharing whereas the developed guidelines will be adaptable to all levels of first and second responders.
