About me

Isabelle GOURIOU is innovation advisor in Grand E-Nov+ regional innovation agency, Grand Est Region of France.

She's working with companies and researchers for 23 years on European projects and industrial property issues within the Entreprise Europe Network since 2008 and Innovation Relay Center (IRC), (2001-2008) before.

She has an expertise in Innovation and EU partnership advice: EU Brokerage event organization, Technology and Business Partnerships, access to finance.

•Member of the SG EII, sub-group material (2021) and SG Mobility (2006).

•Working for private companies in the past for 4 years dealing with IP issues among others.

Grand E-Nov+

GRAND E-nov+ is the new innovation agency of the French Grand-Est region. Created as a public body in 2018, the structure is the outcome of a strong partnership between the Conseil régional and the Chamber of commerce Grand Est.

Its aim is to foster regional innovation and R&D activities by providing advanced services to enterprises, public administrations for every type of innovation projects and every sector. Thanks to a highly qualified staff of more than 90 people and as a member of the Enterprise Europe Network, the agency is able to deliver a wide range of innovation-related services to its local SMEs, enterprises and public partners such as project analysis and engineering (mentoring, strategy building, management of innovation), start-ups support and growth, access to funding at national and EU level (including support to application process) and partner search services and events for technology transfer and R&D projects.

The agency is spread out on 7 different locations (Mulhouse, Strasbourg, Colmar, Metz, Nancy, Reims and Troyes) to ensure an efficient coverage of its business ecosystem and is committed to ensure an effective and flexible response to every challenge.
