About me
Wendy Müller is currently the coordinator of the IIS FoodBooster, an initiative of the Walloon Smart Specialization Strategy dedicated to innovation and development in the functional food sector.
Chemist by training and holding a PhD in Science from the University of Liège (Belgium), her research focused on the development of surface-assisted desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (SALDI-MS). In particular, she studied the fundamental mechanisms mechanisms governing the SALDI process, while developing innovative analytical strategies, particularly for imaging small molecules in complex biological samples.

FoodBooster is a project that brings together industrial and academic partners interested in innovation in the field of functional food.
