A leader with extensive international experience, Damien Comolli brings a strong background enriched with technical, managerial, and strategic competencies, built over more than thirty years at the highest levels of European football. He has held key roles at prestigious clubs such as Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool, Fenerbahce, and, most recently, Toulouse, where he led the club to the promotion to Ligue 1 and the victory in the Coupe de France. In June 2025 he joined Juventus as responsible for the Men’s Football Area as well as the Marketing and Commercial Departments

Mo is the group CTO at SENT Entertainment – parent company of Como 1907. Mo is driving full digital transformation and AI-powered tools development for scouting, performance, player development and tactical analysis, while building the club’s integrated e-commerce platforms to position Como 1907 at the forefront of AI in global sport.

Darcy Norman is a high-performance leader in professional soccer, specializing in player health, performance, and team culture. (FC Bayern, DFB, AS Roma, USMNT). With a background in physical therapy, strength and conditioning, sports science, and leadership, he integrates innovation with tradition to drive continual improvement across multidisciplinary teams in elite sport environments. Currently, he directs performance and player wellness at Chicago Fire FC.

Chris is the former Sporting Director at Bolton Wanderers, where he drove a data-informed overhaul of recruitment, first team performance and academy structures. Previously at Huddersfield Town, he played a key role in their rise to the Premier League. At the FA, he led performance analysis and coaching projects, including a major review of penalty shootouts. Chris's work is known for combining strategic thinking with innovation, and he is a respected figure in football operations and performance planning.

Mariela Nisotaki joined Southampton FC and the Sport Republic Group in May 2025 as Head of Group Talent Acquisition, overseeing global scouting and the recruitment of top talent across the organization. Prior to this, she spent eight years at Norwich City FC, where she held key roles including Head of Emerging Talent and Assistant Head of Recruitment. Mariela played a pivotal role in shaping Norwich’s South American and Emerging Talent strategies, contributing to several successful signings.

Andrew Gray is an experienced high-performance practitioner and founder of Athletic Data Innovations (ADI). With over 25 years in elite sport, he created ADI to solve real-world tracking challenges, delivering AI-powered insights into multidirectional movement and performance—helping teams gain a competitive edge, no matter which tracking system they use.

Mathieu Lacome, Chief Football Performance Officer at Parma Calcio, oversees analytics, game analysis, and performance. Formerly at PSG and the French Rugby Federation, he holds a Ph.D. in applied physiology. Lacome drives Parma’s data-informed innovation, integrating analytics into key decision-making and supporting the club’s long-term development vision.

Lewis MacMillan (MSci) is an award-winning Sport Scientist with nine years of experience in elite-level sport. As Head of Player Insights at Fulham FC, he brings extensive expertise in optimising athletic performance and strategy. His passion lies in exploring, developing, and driving elite sport science practice, with a keen interest in player performance and staff development.

Warren has over 25 years’ experience operating at the intersection of science and technology in the global football industry. Previous roles include senior academic research positions and strategic and operational roles in English Premier league clubs, national football associations and key technology providers.

Sven is a former endurance athlete (distance runner & triathlete. He has a university degree as a strength & conditioning coach and studied sport pedagogy/science, pedagogy and psychology (diploma earned from the University of Augsburg).Sven started coaching 25 years ago and in 2007 he started coaching professional teams getting into Ice Hockey with the Augsburg Panthers, 1st German division. Then in May 2019 he became Head of Performance of Mainz05.

Jack is currently Head of Sports Science at Everton FC. He has previously held this role at RB Leipzig, the Red Bull Athlete Performance centre and Celtic FC.
Jack’s background is as a sports scientist, working at clubs across Europe including PSG and Real Madrid.
Jack is currently interested in how high performance teams work together effectively and deal with the complexity inherent in the club environment.

Dr Paul Bradley is a world leading authority on football performance. He is the author of the unique books ‘Football Decoded’ and ‘The Premier League Way’. He is currently a Football Science Consultant for world governing bodies, elite teams and technology companies. He typically conducts translational work within an elite football setting that bridges the gap between cutting edge research and professional practice.

With over two decades of experience in professional sports, Martin Buchheit specializes in performance, rehabilitation, and research. He currently serves as the High-Performance Lead at Aspetar, having previously held senior positions at elite organizations such as PSG, Olympique de Lyon, Lille OSC, KitmanLabs, and Aspire Academy, and contributed to projects with the City Football Group.

Paul D. Balsom (Dr. med. sci.) is a UEFA Pro Licence coach, Head of UEFA’s Fitness Advisory Group, and Performance Advisor for Liga MX side Tigres UANL in Mexico.
For more than 35 years, Paul has worked in professional football at both club (internationally) and national team (Sweden) level, with a focus on leveraging physical preparation, development and fitness to achieve competitive advantage.
