The TIA IOT component consists of the selection of hardware parts including sensors, actuators, devices, or machines that can transmit data over the internet or industrial networks, the installation service of the hardware, and application software. Thanks to its modular structure, which is compatible with automation technologies, it can easily collect data by integrating with all kinds of industrial equipment and data sources. TIA IOT is a scalable, traceable, and flexible component that supports international standards and next-generation communication protocols, and can work with different platforms.

The TIA DATA component enables the users to collect, transmit and store data. TIA DATA works in integration with time-series databases, NoSQL databases, and relational databases. It consists of three software modules, TIA DATA, TIA STORAGE, and TIA STREAM. TIA STORAGE stores data, and TIA STREAM transmits and processes streaming data without storage.

TIA APPS component includes software applications developed by TEKNOPAR for different national and international projects. With its TIA APPS component, TEKNOPAR serves its users in many areas such as image processing, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, general equipment performance, and production parameter optimization. TIA APPS module is flexible, integrated, and easy to use and install.

The TIA UX component provides digital monitoring and control of real-world assets, providing data and analytics to the end-user easily and understandably. It has a real-time digital twin interface that includes digital models of the asset's parts, sensor points, and dashboards to visualize sensor data. Machine learning training and test results are transferred to the digital twin user interface. Thanks to pre-defined reporting features and personalization, the interface, enriched with graphics and 3D models, where users can quickly access the information they want, has easy-to-use features.
