Innovation in Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) Devices with Advanced Piezoelectric Materials: Integration with Optomechanical Devices
About
This project aims to develop surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices using advanced piezoelectric materials such as lithium niobate and barium titanate, for integration with optomechanical devices. The focus will be on improving the interaction between acoustic waves and light in hybrid systems, with applications in communication and sensing. The collaboration will center on researching new fabrication and characterization techniques for SAW devices that can be efficiently integrated with optomechanical technologies to enhance their capabilities.
