Electrochemical Sensor-Integrated Organ-on-Chip
About
A standardized organ-on-chip platform integrating electrochemical sensors is under development within the European Union's Horizon EU funded OrChESTRA-Organ on a chip Focused Strategic Partnership, coordinated by the ODTÜ MEMS Center. This platform aims to provide a reliable and reproducible system for advanced biological research and applications.
The integration of electrochemical sensors allows for real-time monitoring of key biological parameters within the organ-on-chip environment.
The OrChESTRA project focuses on creating a versatile platform that can be adapted to various organ-on-chip models. The development of this platform seeks to contribute to the advancement of organ-on-chip technology and its application in fields such as drug discovery, personalized medicine, and environmental toxicology.
