Dialysis Center Network Alliance based on Actionable Crowdsourced Tacit Knowledge
About
DNA2ACT aims at translating knowledge into action in disaster governance with an inclusive process; consisting of bottom-up and top-down actions and policies, bridging local knowledge and scientific knowledge, involving a vast array of stakeholders, aligning hazard paradigm and vulnerability paradigm led disaster governance action frameworks, integrating tools assessing hazards and vulnerability with tools evaluating risk perception and tools facilitating the participation and strengthening of local communities.
Within the scope of the project, for pandemics, heatwave and flood, the proposed Solution involves:
- Global Knowledge Bases; capability driven catalogs of vulnerability, vulnerable groups, and resilience, as well as organizations responsible and authorized to manage emergencies and their capacities
- Social Evidence Pool; digital memory consisting of diverse sources of information involving tacit knowledge enabling tailoring of Global Knowledge Bases to Local Knowledge Bases
- Virtual Notification and Early Action Plan Standards; the risk scenarios considering the correlation between the climate signs and the renal dysfunction diseases
- WordNets; machine-readable, interoperable, multilingual lexical databases in relation to knowledge bases.
- Crowdsourcing Participation and Feedback Data Exchange Platform; enabling information flows and exchange of information
between smart groups, first responders and machines created in line with prepared business scenarios
- Artificial Intelligence Models; performing language detection and translation, data processing related to vulnerability and vulnerable
groups, first responder organization and capability and service channel and geographical location
- Mathematical Models; allowing patient assignment and treatment scheduling in post-disaster environment and design of dialysis center network alliance
- Smart Self Governing Organizations; volunteers as owners of the Solution
