Camillo Gioé

I am currently the Head of Research and Development at ELMI. I have a solid background in data engineering. My role goes beyond the technical aspects, extending to the definition of the company’s strategic vision to ensure that our R&D initiatives align with long-term growth and innovation goals.

One of my main tasks is overseeing technological advancement projects, ensuring they translate into tangible benefits for the company and our customers. At the same time, I place particular emphasis on the growth of human resources within the team; in my opinion, investing in people’s skill development is essential to guarantee the continuous evolution of the R&D area.

In recent years I have particularly focused on the application of Generative Artificial Intelligence in business processes in both the public and private sectors.

In addition to my daily work, I am actively involved in giving speeches at company organized workshop on innovative topics that support modern digital transformation. These meetings are an important opportunity for me to share knowledge and promote a culture of innovation within the company.

Moreover, I maintain close relationships with the academic world and various research institutes.

I am passionate about my role and strongly believe that the synergy between technology, strategy, and human capital is the key to driving change and achieving ambitious goals.
