About me
I have been working in international management for the last 15 years in diverse roles (public affairs manager, project manager, international affairs manager, research and network manager, global liaison manager, grant manager) and a broad range of thematic areas such as waste management, finance, development aid, health sector and cement industry.
My organisation
Like a startup but within the Rohrdorfer group the Net Zero Emission Labs GmbH (NZE Labs) has one target: zero emission in the cement industry. At the moment, we’re a team of 30 experts from various fields like process, machine, electrical and environmental engineering, chemistry and economics. As an own startup-like organization we can move more agile in developing innovative solutions and concepts for decarbonizing the cement industry. At the same time being part of an established construction materials company allows us to directly evaluate our concepts in the industrial world and prove their practicability and profitability. Currently, we’re working on several projects like designing a larger carbon capture plant, collaborating within the H2-Real-World Laboratory Burghausen / Chemdelta Bavaria, starting the production of calcined clays, utilizing CO2 to synthesize commodity chemicals and many more.
