After studying civil engineering, I spent almost 10 years in the field of organizational development with a focus on cultural transformation towards self-organizing and purpose alignment. (e.g. with www.dwarfsandgiants.org) Eager to find ways to distribute power in systems so that humans can relate as community. With a family background as entrepreneur, I started to develop different ideas from 2019 onwards searching for ways to have more impact towards a livable planet for future generations.
My organisation
Soilful is reimagining the food system by directly linking regenerative agriculture with organizations. Soilful establishes small-scale vegetable gardens operated by professional gardeners directly at their locations. This scalable micro farm network is digitally and physically interconnected within an agile, adaptable system.
Through architecture like workshop rooms, open air work stations and leisure zones these gardens become transformative spaces for the organizations culture by bringing the regenerative mindset into the organizations.
