I'm passionate about exploring how we can build a regenerative economy that puts life at the center.

After studying civil engineering and spending almost a decade in organizational development, I became increasingly interested in what we can learn from living ecosystems – and how reconnecting with nature can transform the way we work, collaborate, and organize ourselves.

Today, I co-founded Soilful, where we bring people and nature closer together. We work with organizations to turn their outdoor spaces into thriving ecosystems and places for connection, learning, and collaboration. By combining biodiversity, nature connectedness, and organizational development, we explore how businesses can become more regenerative – not only in their environmental impact, but also in their culture and relationships.

I'm looking to connect with companies, researchers, and changemakers who want to explore how biodiversity, nature connectedness, and regenerative principles can become part of everyday organizational life.
