Jens Reissmann

Jens Reissmann has an extensive experience in the world of corporate & business performance steering and reporting. Currently he leads the project to implement the revised non-financial reporting based on CSRD and EU Taxonomy requirements for the Bayer Group, while ensuring not only reporting, but also operational readiness and identifying the strategic impulses for further transformation of the business. In his 25+ years at Bayer he lead finance teams on global, divisional as well as functional level in Germany and the USA. In addition he drove the implementation of several business process and systems initiatives on corporate steering, planning and reporting. He is passionate about the integration of sustainability as a mindset into all company decisions and processes instead of treating it as something separate.
