I am the founder of AllRise, which comprises the NGO AllRise Impact, developing climate litigation initiatives to address systemic problems. Among others we have filed a criminal complaint against Jair Bolsonaro to the International Criminal Court. We are continuously working on enlarging our portfolio and have set up the AllRise Incubator as a separate business unit, designed to develop products and services to enable and support climate litigation cases. The latest being the AllRise Climate Action Fund which we are planning to launch. The Fund’s purpose will be to invest in creating legal cases that address the Triple Planetary Crisis and are capable of attracting large-scale third-party funding and being successfully litigated in court.
