Ashoka builds and cultivates a community of Social Entrepreneurs, Young Changemakers, Changemaker Institutions, and beyond who see that the world now requires everyone to be a changemaker – a person that sees themselves as capable of creating large-scale, positive change. Together, amidst the exponential growth of a new inequality in changemaking at a worldwide scale, we mobilize (and accelerate) a movement to build an "Everyone a Changemaker" world where all people have the right and ability to co-lead solutions that transform their societies for the better.

About me

2016 Stephanie co-founded an organization called ‘Chancen:reich’, the first Austrian career fair for refugees in Vienna and one of the biggest ones in Europe. The OECD and UNHCR used ‘chancen:reich’ as a best practice example in their 2018 multi-stakeholder action plan for employers, refugees, governments and civil society report.

2017 she got elected as one of the youngest MPs and citizens into the Austrian parliament. She was spokesperson for equality, digitalisation, education and youth at 'Jetzt'.

Leaving politics gave her the space to go offline and turn 2020 into a year of learning and listening to herself. Re-entering the public surface in 2021, she proceeded consulting social businesses and policy makers and made time for volunteer work.

In September 2022 she joined Ashoka. There she’s using her experience as an entrepreneur, activist and politician giving young changemakers a voice and platform. She’s the Children & Youth Lead in Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

She’s been nominated as a Young Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum.
