  • Coordination regarding the selection and on-boarding of service providers to the alternative investment industry.

  • SFDR implementation project for a large Luxembourg based third party ManCo/AIFM with dedicated institutional business with periodic alignment to group project

  • SFDR readiness assessment for risk management function of a large international Private Equity house – links to SASB, SDGs – with respect to art. 8 and art. 9 SFDR fund range as well as ongoing Taxonomy Regulation support

  • Various SFDR Level 2 prospectus implementations incl. ESG/Sustainability process design for portfolio management, risk management and reporting for alternative funds (e.g. PE FoF with impact ambitions, infrastructure fund, real estate funds, private debt funds) incl. consideration of IT and data implications

  • Assessments with respect to EU Taxonomy alignment of unlisted assets as well as EU Taxonomy eligibility

  • Strategic options for financing in EU/US/Asia for a specific sector facing ESG exclusions
