Balance Made Simple: Tools for Everyday Calm
- Impact Skills & Acceleration
- Wellbeing
NOTE: This workshop will be held in German!
This 3-hour workshop is led by Thomas Trinter, an expert in the SOM program and a passionate advocate for sharing accessible tools for well-being. After a successful career in the finance industry, Thomas transformed his path, becoming an Ayurvedic massage therapist and dedicated meditation group leader. Having personally experienced the transformative benefits of the SOM program under the guidance of his teacher, Shri Balaji També, Thomas has made it his mission to pass this knowledge on to others. He regularly leads SOM workshops across Germany and Switzerland and heads a Santulan-Veda meditation group in Frankfurt.
In this workshop, Thomas will guide you through:
-
Candle Meditation (Trataka): A simple yet powerful exercise that improves focus, calms the mind, and supports overall balance in the body.
-
Gentle Yoga and Breathing Techniques: Easy-to-follow movements and mindful breathing exercises to release tension, boost energy, and enhance concentration. No prior yoga experience is required.
-
Relaxation Through Sound: Explore the rejuvenating effects of Sanskrit music and Om chanting, designed to bring relaxation and a deeper sense of connection.
Whether you’re a professional juggling a packed schedule, a student managing stress, or simply someone seeking more mindfulness in everyday life, this workshop is for you. The SOM program is practical, approachable, and requires no prior experience. It’s designed to help you create small moments of calm—whether it’s a quick midday reset or a relaxing evening ritual—that can transform your routine.
