Men's Circle: What is my role in Gender Equality?
- Reflection
At our last Impact of Women event, we noticed something: few men or male-read individuals were present to celebrate women's success. But we know you are part of our community—men and male-read individuals that care about a society that fosters gender equality and diversity.
You might be a father of a daughter. You might care deeply about your partner or other women in your life. You might simply want to be part of a future that works for everyone.
So, what does new masculinity look like in a changing world—especially in the workplace?
If you’re a man who wants to be part of a shift toward a more balanced and inclusive future, this space is for you. Because we need all of us to create a world that truly works—for every gender, every energy, every human.
This event is not about blame or teaching—it’s about discovering together.
