With over 24 years of experience as an Interior Architect, Colette van Jaarsveld is renowned for her innovative approach to sustainable design and construction. Her expertise spans South Africa, Ireland, and the Middle East, from award-winning commercial, retail, hospitality, and airport interior fit-out consultancy, design, and build and manufacturing within the interior built environment.

Currently spearheading Arcology System, Colette introduces a groundbreaking data-driven interior construction system, integrating environmental/ occupancy sensors and asset tracking into a modular, adaptable hardware grid to offer real-time insights into space utilization, material location, and environmental conditions allowing spaces to become ‘material banks’ and adapt according to usage patterns.
