Passionate about BIM and Digital Construction, working with teams and enabling collaboration across projects.

I work on creating and deploying BIM implementation and development strategies in design and construction companies, starting from the tender phase and going up to the handover phase. As a result of my experience in both design and construction areas, I can better understand the overall picture of a project and the demands of the both supply chain parts, design & construction.

Being a firm believer in helping others to grow, I am part of buildingSMART Romania and actively involved in the activities of the association such as raising BIM awareness in the Romanian market or contributing to local legislation. I share ideas, coordinate the infrastructure domain and work along with other professionals from our market to promote openBIM.

Currently, I am a Group Leader for BIM Management for construction projects, civil & infrastructure, and together with my team of experts we deploy BIM in pilot projects and we prepare our organization for the moment when BIM becomes mandatory by legislation.
