Stephen is an experienced change professional and has worked across the full project lifecycle including mobilisation, project management, analysis, design, delivery and testing. He works with business, IT and operational teams, and delivers people, process and technology change initiatives. He is passionate about innovation and sees it as a must in developing novel solutions to the unprecedented problems organisations increasingly face. He is at ease working in complex transitional change environments which include multiple priorities, interdependencies, and stakeholders.
