The company I founded 20 years ago operates as a business developer in the B2B sector in Italy and Europe using a methodology we call S.M.A.R.T., which is illustrated on our website (https://www.actiongroup.srl/english/).

After getting to know you and understanding your potential in the Italian market, I would like to offer Baltrotors operational support for business development in Italy (and potentially in other European and North American countries where you are not yet present).

 In general, we propose to our clients a three-step approach:

 1) A market assessment that includes

   a. A detailed meeting at your premises in Latvia to define targeted possibilities, desires, and your sector references;

   b. The preparation of a qualified list of potential Italian (or European) prospects suitable to become your clients, including key contact details (customers, distributors, agents, industrial partners, investors, etc.) as  for instance OEM, spare parts dealer or maintenance centers;

   c. The drafting of a commercial document in Italian and English specifically for the Italian market;

   d. Defining key information to be initially gathered from the main Italian prospects (contact script).

 2) A contact activity in Italy (or Europe/Mediterranean/North America), conducted on your behalf, targeting defined and agreed-upon prospects to seek business opportunities aimed at creating an initial online or physical meeting or a first quotation. Subsequently, we provide support in generating and negotiating commercial offers and developing the customer relationship.

 3) The possibility of managing the business in Italy on a stable basis, including administrative activities, invoicing, collection, promotion, and customer care.

 Also we noted that there is not a official dealer for Italian market, that we can find or provide.

As you can understand, we cannot operate only on a commission basis on the generated turnover, which will gradually consolidate over time. Instead, we require compensation for the activities carried out, which could also be covered under your government’s funding plans. Our philosophy is to operate in progressive steps without committing our client in the long term, allowing for an eventual withdrawal under the terms most favorable to them.

 Actiongroup works with industrial manufacturing companies, supporting their business development. In 2023, it generated an average of over €2.5 million in offers per client. It is ISO9001 certified, unlike less than 10% of its competitors, and is accredited as a Temporary Export Manager with the Italian government (Invitalia).
