Assistant Professor in Gastroenterology at the University Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and la Croix Rousse Hospital. Specialist in Gastroenterology and Infectious Diseases. After a clinical training in the Infectious and Tropical Diseases Department of the La Croix Rousse Hospital in Lyon, I worked for 2 years in the Gastroenterology and Nutrition Department and the Fecal Microbiota Transplantation Center of the APHP at the Saint-Antoine Hospital in Paris. I have thus developed a specific expertise in the management of Inflammatory Bowel Diseases and gastrointestinal infections, particularly in immunocompromised patients. I hold a PhD in Mucosal Immunology from the Claude Bernard Lyon 1 University and have developed an important translational research activity on the intestinal microbiota in human pathology after having trained for 2 years with the team of Pr. Harry SOKOL in Paris. I am co-funder of the Lyon GEM Microbiota Study Group. Today I am involved in the coordination of the fecal microbiota transplantation platform of the Hospices Civils de Lyon.
